XP gain is based on battles completed, not just enemy difficulty. Some strategies:
1. Quick Kill Method: Target weaker monsters like Wattoads for fast XP (speed over difficulty)
2. AFK Farming: Use strong monsters in lower-level areas for consistent XP
3. Boss Battles: While slower, bosses give decent XP and rare drops
Tip: XP doesn't scale perfectly with difficulty, so sometimes farming weaker enemies quickly is more efficient than fighting tough monsters.

As of February 2026, Lunavox is generally NOT recommended due to several bugs:
Current Bugs:
- Taunt ability is broken — enemies ignore the taunt and attack other monsters
- Lunavox stays at the backline instead of the frontline (range issue)
- First skill deals 0 damage in some cases
- Range was partially fixed in the Feb 2026 update but still inconsistent
Evolution Cost:
- Requires: Noctane (B-rank or higher) + Vitalium Stones (from Tidevex boss) + Refined Gems
- Noctane is rare (~5% chance from Fire Eggs on Volcano Island)
Recommendation: Wait until the developers patch Lunavox properly before investing materials. Follow the official Discord for patch notes.

EM% (Enhancement Modifier) is a stat multiplier applied to your monster after evolution. Higher EM% = stronger monster.
EM% Range: 140% (minimum) to 220% (maximum)
Target: Aim for 190%+ for competitive play; 210%+ is best-in-slot
How to improve EM%:
- Use a Chaos Potion to reroll EM% to a new random value
- Warning: Chaos Potion can increase OR decrease your current EM%
- Average 6–8 Chaos Potions needed to hit a good value
- Use Potential Serums (from Spire Shop, 500 Tower Gems each) to boost stats — success rate decreases with each use
Arcane Spark Stones are used for B-rank → A-rank fusion:
- 17 stones needed per fusion
- 500 Tower Gems each (recently reduced from 900)
- Only 32 available per week in the Spire Shop
- Budget ~8,500 Tower Gems total for one A-rank fusion

- Increases chance of catching Bloodlit mutant monsters
- Bloodlit monsters have bonus crit rate (note: no extra HP unlike Shiny mutations)
- Popular strategy: open Red Rifts during Bloodmoon for shiny/mutation chances
Tip: Many experienced players time their Rift runs to coincide with Bloodmoon weather for better mutation odds. Watch the weather display in the top corner of your screen.
Other Special Weathers:
- Aurora + Night together → Flora spawns (rarest monster in game)
- Snowy → +30% XP earned
- Rainy → +30% Coins earned
- Lightning → Sand Eggs spawn (needed for Volcamel)

Gameplay
Flora (also called Florella) is the rarest wild spawn in Catch a Monster.
Spawn Requirements (BOTH must be active simultaneously):
- Weather: Aurora
- Time: Night
Exact Location:
- Go to Neverland Island
- From the spawn point, look to the small island on your LEFT
- Flora only appears here during Aurora + Night weather
Why Flora is special:
- Even at D-rank, Flora deals ~60,000 damage
- That is approximately 2x stronger than Gingerjoy at the same rank
- Currently one of the most powerful monsters in the game
Strategy: Server hop until you find a server with Aurora weather, then wait for Night to begin. Check the small island immediately.

Refined Ground Gems are dropped by the Aurobull boss on Dunevil Isle.
Farming Steps:
1. Travel to Dunevil Isle (Level 55–65 recommended)
2. Find and defeat the Aurobull boss (respawns ~15 minutes)
3. Collect Refined Ground Gems from drops
What Refined Ground Gems are used for:
- Solron evolution: requires 21 Refined Ground Gems + 1 of each other type (Fire, Water, Ice, Plant, Dark)
- Other ground-type evolutions
Tip: You can also craft Refined Gems from raw materials: 3 Stardust Shards + 1 Raw Gem = 1 Refined Gem (75% success rate). Server hop between public servers to reset the Aurobull respawn timer.

Gameplay
A "carry" is when a strong, high-level player helps weaker players complete difficult content (usually Rifts).
How Rifts work:
- Rifts are special boss instances accessed using Rift Portals
- The Rift Boss has very high HP that scales up with the number of players
- Every player who deals any damage is eligible for loot (eggs, XP, coins)
- The player who gets the monster egg is random (not necessarily the one who did most damage)
How to find a carry:
- Ask in the official Discord #chat channel: "LF carry [X] Red Rifts"
- Share your Roblox username and wait for a strong player to invite you
How to get Red Rift Portals:
- Purchase up to 10 per week from the Spire Tower Shop (affordable price)
- Wild Rifts also spawn occasionally on weekends
Best team for carries: Eclipse Knight A + Undine B is the current meta.

Evolution Materials:
- 1x Gildron (any rank)
- 21x Refined Ground Gems
- 1x Refined Fire Gem
- 1x Refined Water Gem
- 1x Refined Ice Gem
- 1x Refined Plant Gem
- 1x Refined Dark Gem
How to farm Refined Ground Gems:
Defeat Aurobull on Dunevil Isle (~15 min respawn). Ground Gems are the main bottleneck.
How to get Gildron:
Gildron is obtained from Gildron Eggs during the Valentine 2026 event. The event runs until the end of February 2026.
Tip: The community shorthand for the gem combo is "21 ground + 1 each other type."

No — Luck Gamepasses do NOT stack. Only the highest tier you own applies.
Luck Gamepass tiers:
- Luck +100% (299 Robux) → 2x luck
- Extra Luck +200% (999 Robux) → 3x luck
- Ultra Luck +300% (599 Robux) → 4x luck
If you own both Ultra Luck (+300%) and Extra Luck (+200%), only the Ultra Luck effect applies. You effectively wasted money buying both.
Recommendation: Buy Ultra Luck (599 Robux) directly — it gives more luck than Extra Luck (999 Robux) for less money.
Also note: Luck Gamepasses affect rank quality on catches and egg hatches only. They do NOT affect your catch success rate — that is a separate mechanic controlled by your catch ball type and Pet Snacks.

Tips & Troubleshooting
This is a known false positive bug in the code redemption system.
What happens: The game incorrectly shows "Already Redeemed" on valid codes, even when you have never used them before.
Fix:
1. Close the code redemption window
2. Try entering the code again (sometimes 2–3 attempts needed)
3. Make sure you are entering the code with the correct capitalization
4. On mobile: do NOT press Enter — it may auto-redeem before the button is clicked
If it still doesn't work:
- The code may have genuinely expired
- Check the official Discord #announcements channel for expiry notices
- Some codes are time-limited and expire within a few days
Tip: Always try a code at least 2–3 times before concluding it is expired.

Tips & Troubleshooting
Tower Gems are the main currency earned in the Endless Spire.
Daily cap: Approximately 4,800 Tower Gems per day from normal Spire runs.
Re-entry trick (bonus gems):
1. Clear all enemies except one on any floor
2. Exit the Spire with 1 enemy still alive
3. Re-enter the Spire — you will be put back on that floor
4. Kill the last enemy and claim bonus Tower Gems
5. Repeat as needed
Spire Shop priorities (weekly stock):
- Arcane Spark Stone: 500 gems each, 32 available per week → 16,000 gems/week
- Potential Serum: 500 gems each (very limited stock)
- XP Potions: 300 gems each
- Red Rift Portals: 10 available cheaply each week
Time to afford one A-rank fusion:
You need 17 Arcane Stones × 500 gems = 8,500 gems minimum.
At 4,800 gems/day, that is roughly 2 days of Spire (if you skip other purchases).

No — Luck Gamepasses have zero effect on evolution success rate.
This is one of the most common misconceptions in the game. Luck Gamepasses affect:
- Rank quality when catching wild monsters
- Rank quality when hatching eggs
Luck Gamepasses do NOT affect:
- Secret evolution RNG (e.g., ShadeKnight → Eclipse Knight)
- Enhancement / EM% rolls
- Gear quality in the Craft Store
Secret evolution success rate is a fixed RNG value regardless of what gamepasses you own. If you fail an evolution attempt, it is not because your luck gamepass failed to work — the system simply doesn't apply there.
The only way to increase evolution success is the Evolution Luck gamepass (if added in a future update) or event boosts specifically described as "evolution chance."

Gameplay
Psyber as a Rift boss has a massive built-in damage reduction mechanic added in a recent update.
What changed: Players who previously dealt billions of DPS found their damage reduced to as low as 30 million against Psyber Rift. This is an intentional protection mechanic, not a bug — though many players find it extremely frustrating given how it disproportionately penalises high-investment teams.
What this means for you:
- Carrying 3 players in a Psyber Rift is now much harder than before
- Even with Eclipse Knight A+10 + Undine, clear times are significantly longer
- The community widely considers the current nerf level too punishing and has submitted multiple requests to reduce or remove it
Workaround: Lower player count in the Rift (2-man instead of 3) reduces boss HP, partially compensating for the damage cap. Solo Psyber Rifts are currently the most efficient if you are strong enough.

Here is how the three mutations rank in the current meta (March 2026):
Huge > Shiny > Bloodlit (generally)
| Mutation | Stat Bonus | How to Get | Overall Power |
|---|---|---|---|
| Huge | Large HP + ATK boost | Any catch/hatch (very rare) | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| Shiny | HP + ATK boost + crit rate | Any catch/hatch (rare) | ⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| Bloodlit | Crit rate only (no HP boost) | Primarily during Bloodmoon weather | ⭐⭐⭐ |
Why Bloodlit is weaker despite being rarer: Bloodlit gives only a crit rate bonus with no HP boost, making it the weakest of the three despite appearing less frequently. The community has widely requested a Bloodlit buff to make it competitive.
Note: A Shiny + Huge combination is theoretically possible through fusion (1 Shiny + 1 Huge + 3 normal = chance for Shiny Huge result) and is extremely powerful.
Mutation transfers through fusion: All three mutations carry forward with the 1+4 fusion method (1 mutant + 4 normal = mutant result at higher rank).

Monsters
This is a real and frustrating problem with the current balance, and you are not imagining it.
Why it happens: The Huge mutation applies a significant multiplier to both HP and ATK on top of the base stats. An A-grade monster with Huge mutation can end up with comparable or higher raw stats than a plain S-grade.
Community stance: This is considered a balance issue. S-rank monsters are far harder to obtain (rare catches, boss eggs, special events) yet in practice lose out to Huge A monsters in many content scenarios.
What you should do:
1. Keep your S-grade — it still has the highest base potential when combined with Huge mutation
2. A Huge S-grade is the theoretically strongest combination in the game
3. Until you can get a Huge S, a Huge A is a perfectly viable competitor
4. Focus on ranking up your S-grade to A-rank (via Arcane Sparks) for maximum stat growth
Summary: S-grade is not useless, but the current game heavily rewards mutation variants. A plain S-grade = strong. Huge A-grade = also strong. Huge S-grade = best in slot.

Spirit Branch Herbs drop on Spirit Grove Island, the high-level area added in the February 13, 2026 update.
How to farm them:
1. Reach Spirit Grove Island (Level 65+ recommended)
2. Defeat monsters on the island — Spirit Branch Herb drops from kills
3. Also drops from the Frostwyrm boss (higher quantity per kill)
What they are used for:
- Crafting and evolution recipes that require this specific herb
- Check the Crafting Station in the main hub for exact recipes
Tips:
- Spirit Grove is a high-level area — bring your strongest team (Eclipse Knight + Undine recommended)
- Server hop between public servers after clearing the island to reset spawn timers faster
- Herbs are tradeable items, so check if other players are selling excess in the trade channel
Level requirement reminder: You must defeat Frostwyrm to unlock Level 70 cap. Farming Spirit Branch Herb is most efficient once you are Level 65+.

Gameplay
A Gem Box is a special item that contains a random evolution gem when opened.
Key facts:
- Each Gem Box gives one random gem — you cannot choose which type
- Gem types are distributed randomly (Fire, Water, Ice, Plant, Dark, Ground, etc.)
- The randomness means you might get 20 boxes and receive mostly gems you don't need
How to get Gem Boxes:
- Rift Event Shop: The main source — earn event currency by opening Rifts and spend it in the event shop
- Event rewards: Some seasonal events include Gem Boxes in the reward track
- Limited-time drops: Occasionally appear during special in-game events
Community tip: Many players recommend against spending event currency on Gem Boxes because of the random element. If the event shop has a specific gem you need, buy it directly instead. Gem Boxes are only worthwhile if you need gems of any type.
Note: The community has widely requested a "selectable Gem Box" option so players can choose which gem type they receive. This has not been added yet.

Gameplay
EM% (Enhancement Modifier) is pure RNG — the range is 140% to 220%, and every roll is independent with no memory of previous results.
Why you keep getting low values:
- Low-end rolls (140–165%) are statistically the most common part of the range
- There is no "bad luck protection" or pity — five 140% rolls in a row is just unlucky, not a bug
- The game does not guarantee that your next roll will be higher than your current one
Expected outcomes (community data):
- Average rolls needed to hit 190%+: 6–8 Chaos Potions
- Average rolls needed to hit 210%+: 12–20+ Chaos Potions
- Worst-case scenarios of 25+ potions have been reported
Strategy to avoid frustration:
1. Decide your minimum target before you start (190% is the competitive standard)
2. Stop the moment you hit it — do not keep chasing 220%
3. Save up 8–10 Chaos Potions before starting so you can get through a session quickly
4. A Chaos Potion can make your current EM% worse — never potion above 200% unless you have many potions spare
How to get Chaos Potions: Event boss drops, event shops, and crafting with Reversion Potions.
